About You:

• High school education or equivalent (required).
• Additional post-secondary education or relevant experience (preferred).
• At least 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience, particularly involving manufactured products.
• Proficiency in PC applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, web navigation).
• Strong administrative and problem solving skills.
• Effective communication abilities, characterized by a positive and energetic attitude.

Primary Objective:

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for performing and coordinating a range of inside sales and customer service functions. This includes maintaining close communication with channel partners and direct customers, managing order entry, providing expediting and status support, managing quotes, handling account maintenance, RMAs, and providing basic product support. The role also involves collaboration and assistance with other sales team members.
