Tolomatic is looking for a Materials Technician. 

• Schedule: 5x8s (Mon–Fri) OR 4x10s (Mon–Thurs), must be available until at least 4:30 PM.

About You:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in logistics, supply chain or business preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or material handling.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Proficiency in logistics software, tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and freight procedures as it pertains to domestic and international shipments.
• Ability to read, understand and follow documented processes to meet set quality standards and comply with Tolomatic’s ISO standards.
• Ability to work accurately with numbers and details and keep accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Displays a positive attitude with a focus on provided the best customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with company personnel and others.

Primary Objective:

To ensure efficient operations of the shipping department and provide general support to the materials group. To support the shipping team through training, problem solving, and customer support. Ensuring that customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
